Bu Gizlilik Politikası, [Melih KORKMAZ] tarafından sağlanan Matmant mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") kullanıcılarından topladığımız, kullandığımız, sakladığımız ve ifşa ettiğimiz kişisel bilgileri ve diğer verileri nasıl yönettiğimizi açıklamaktadır.
1. Topladığımız Bilgiler
Matmant uygulaması olarak, kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine büyük önem veriyoruz. Uygulamamızın temel işlevselliği için gerekli olan ve aşağıdaki kategorilere giren verileri toplayabiliriz:
A. Doğrudan Toplanan Kişisel Bilgiler (Eğer varsa)
Uygulamanın çalışması veya opsiyonel özelliklerin kullanılması için kullanıcıların doğrudan sağlaması gerekebilecek bilgiler:

B. Otomatik Olarak Toplanan Bilgiler
Uygulamayı kullandığınızda otomatik olarak toplanan ve genellikle kişisel olarak tanımlayıcı olmayan bilgiler:
Cihaz Bilgileri: Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, benzersiz cihaz tanımlayıcıları (örneğin, reklam kimlikleri).
Kullanım Verileri: Uygulamayı ne sıklıkla kullandığınız, hangi özellikleri kullandığınız, oturum süresi ve uygulama içindeki etkileşimler.
Analitik Veriler: Uygulama performansını ve hataları analiz etmek için kullanılan üçüncü taraf analitik servisleri (örneğin, Google Analytics, Firebase) aracılığıyla toplanan anonimleştirilmiş veriler.
2. Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmet Sağlayıcılar
Matmant, hizmetlerimizi sağlamamıza ve iyileştirmemize yardımcı olan üçüncü taraf şirketlerle ("Hizmet Sağlayıcılar") çalışabilir. Bu üçüncü taraflar, aşağıdakiler gibi işlevler için verilerinize erişebilir:
Analiz: Google Analytics, Firebase
Reklam (Eğer Uygulamanızda Reklam varsa): Google AdMob veya diğer reklam ağları
Oturum Açma/Hesap Yönetimi (Eğer varsa): Google Play Games Services
Bu üçüncü taraf sağlayıcıların veri kullanımı, kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Reklam ve Analiz sağlayıcıları için toplanan benzersiz cihaz kimlikleri (Reklam Kimlikleri) hakkında bilgi için ilgili sağlayıcının politikalarını inceleyiniz.
4. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik
Topladığımız verileri, bu politikada belirtilen amaçları yerine getirmek için gerektiği sürece saklarız. Verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için ticari olarak kabul edilebilir yöntemler kullanırız, ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir aktarım veya elektronik depolama yönteminin %100 güvenli olmadığını unutmayın.
5. Çocukların Gizliliği
Matmant, 13 yaşın altındaki hiç kimseden bilerek kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi toplamaz. Eğer 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi sağladığını fark edersek, bu bilgileri derhal sunucularımızdan sileceğiz. Bu hüküm ve koşullar, Melih KORKMAZ (bundan böyle "Hizmet Sağlayıcı" olarak anılacaktır) tarafından Ücretsiz bir hizmet olarak oluşturulan mobil cihazlar için Matmant uygulaması (bundan böyle "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) için geçerlidir.
Uygulamayı indirdiğinizde veya kullandığınızda, aşağıdaki şartları otomatik olarak kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı kullanmadan önce bu şartları dikkatlice okuyup anlamanız önemle tavsiye edilir.
Uygulamanın, Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünün veya ticari markalarımızın izinsiz kopyalanması, değiştirilmesi kesinlikle yasaktır. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu çıkarma, Uygulamayı başka dillere çevirme veya türev sürümler oluşturma girişimleri yasaktır. Uygulama ile ilgili tüm ticari markalar, telif hakları, veritabanı hakları ve diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın mülkiyetindedir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamanın mümkün olduğunca faydalı ve verimli olmasını sağlamaya kendini adamıştır. Bu nedenle, dilediği zaman ve herhangi bir nedenle Uygulamayı değiştirme veya hizmetleri için ücret talep etme hakkını saklı tutar. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulama veya hizmetleri için herhangi bir ücretin size açıkça bildirileceğini garanti eder.
Uygulama, Hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla Hizmet Sağlayıcı'ya sağladığınız kişisel verileri saklar ve işler. Telefonunuzun güvenliğini ve Uygulama'ya erişimi sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, cihazınızın resmi işletim sistemi tarafından getirilen yazılım kısıtlamalarını ve sınırlamalarını kaldırmayı içeren jailbreak veya root işlemlerini kesinlikle önermemektedir. Bu tür eylemler telefonunuzu kötü amaçlı yazılımlara, virüslere ve kötü amaçlı programlara maruz bırakabilir, telefonunuzun güvenlik özelliklerini tehlikeye atabilir ve Uygulama'nın düzgün çalışmamasına veya hiç çalışmamasına neden olabilir.
Uygulamanın, kendi Şartlar ve Koşulları olan üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinden yararlandığını lütfen unutmayın. Uygulama tarafından kullanılan üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarının Şartlar ve Koşullarına aşağıdaki bağlantılar aracılığıyla ulaşabilirsiniz:
Servis Sağlayıcı'nın belirli hususlardan sorumlu olmadığını lütfen unutmayın. Uygulamanın bazı işlevleri, Wi-Fi veya mobil şebeke sağlayıcınız tarafından sağlanan aktif bir internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Wi-Fi erişiminin olmaması veya veri kotanızın tükenmesi nedeniyle Uygulama'nın tam kapasitede çalışmaması durumunda Servis Sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulamayı bir Wi-Fi alanı dışında kullanıyorsanız, mobil şebeke sağlayıcınızın sözleşme şartlarının geçerli olduğunu lütfen unutmayın. Bu nedenle, uygulamaya bağlanırken mobil operatörünüzden veri kullanımı için ücret alabilir veya üçüncü taraf ücretlendirmeleri uygulayabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kullanarak, veri dolaşımını devre dışı bırakmadan uygulamayı kendi bölgeniz (yani bölge veya ülke) dışında kullanmanız durumunda dolaşım veri ücretleri de dahil olmak üzere bu tür ücretlerin sorumluluğunu kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın uygulama kullanımınızdaki sorumluluğu açısından, uygulamanın her zaman güncel ve doğru olmasını sağlamak için çaba sarf etseler de, size sunabilmek için üçüncü tarafların kendilerine bilgi sağlamasına güvendiklerini belirtmek önemlidir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamanın bu işlevine tamamen güvenmeniz sonucunda yaşayabileceğiniz doğrudan veya dolaylı hiçbir kayıptan sorumlu değildir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamayı bir noktada güncellemek isteyebilir. Uygulama, işletim sisteminin gereksinimlerine (ve uygulamanın kullanılabilirliğini genişletmeye karar verdikleri ek sistemlere) göre şu anda kullanılabilir durumdadır ve uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek istiyorsanız güncellemeleri indirmeniz gerekecektir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamayı her zaman sizin için uygun ve/veya cihazınızda yüklü olan belirli işletim sistemi sürümüyle uyumlu olacak şekilde güncelleyeceğini garanti etmez. Ancak, size sunulduğunda uygulama güncellemelerini her zaman kabul etmeyi kabul edersiniz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı ayrıca uygulamayı sunmayı bırakabilir ve size fesih bildiriminde bulunmaksızın kullanımını istediği zaman sonlandırabilir. Aksi belirtilmedikçe, herhangi bir fesih durumunda, (a) bu şartlarda size verilen haklar ve lisanslar sona erecektir; (b) uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmalı ve (gerekirse) cihazınızdan silmelisiniz.
Bu Şartlar ve Koşullarda Yapılan Değişiklikler
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Şartlar ve Koşullarını periyodik olarak güncelleyebilir. Bu nedenle, herhangi bir değişiklik olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için bu sayfayı düzenli olarak incelemeniz önerilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, yeni Şartlar ve Koşulları bu sayfada yayınlayarak sizi değişikliklerden haberdar edecektir.

These terms and conditions apply to the Matmant application for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the "App") which was created as a Free service by Melih KORKMAZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms carefully before using the App.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or create derivative versions are prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the App or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider guarantees that any charges for the App or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The App stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider for the purpose of providing the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone secure and maintain access to the App. The Service Provider strictly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and potentially cause the App to malfunction or not work at all.

Please note that the Service Provider is not responsible for certain aspects. Certain functions of the App require an active internet connection, which is provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the App does not work at full capacity due to a lack of Wi-Fi access or if you run out of data allowance.
If you are using the App outside of a Wi-Fi area, please remember that your mobile network provider’s contract terms will apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile operator for data usage or third-party charges when connecting to the App. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always be held responsible for your use of the App. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the App, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure the App is always updated and correct, they rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the App.
The Service Provider may wish to update the App at some point. You will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the App. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the App to be relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device.
